Campaign Registry Request Form

If you are an Elevate Technology customer, fill out this form. If you are not, we suggest you visit campaignregistry.com to register your business and your SMS campaign. You must provide details about your business and the type of messages you plan to send. This is crucial as it helps carriers recognize your messages as legitimate and approved, reducing the likelihood of them being blocked. Section 2 - Campaign Registration Type

  1. Please select one “Standard Campaign Type” in the table below, by selecting the appropriate campaign type from the drop-down menu on the left.
  2. If you are running multiple simultaneous campaigns, please submit a new separate "Campaign Registry Request Form" for each one.
  3. If none of the categories applies, please select “Not Applicable” and select from the “Special Campaign Type”.
  4. If you are utilizing a “Special Campaign Type”, please select from the drop-down menu on the right. If none of these special categories applies, then select “Not Applicable” from the drop down.
NOTE: You must make one selection from each drop-down menu to be considered complete.
NOTE: The majority of all campaigns will be considered Low Volume Mixed Campaigns. Low Volume Mixed Campaigns can send no more than 2,000 messages per day, no more than 75 messages per hour and no more than 49 numbers associated with the campaign.

NOTE:

  • A single campaign can have a maximum of 49 numbers.
  • Please note that all campaigns must have an Opt-In function and allow for opt-out and subscriber help.
  • Direct Lending and Loan Agreement campaigns may be subject to extended review periods and operator approval is not guaranteed. Operator approval is never guaranteed for any campaign.
